When you enter the complex, you'll see Bale Kerta Gosa and inside, there are replicas of chair which was use by the kingdom to do a judgement to those who did something because Kerta Gosa was a justice court for Klungkung Kingdom

My favourite part of this Bale is the ceiling, we can see lukisan kamasan which is divided into six section from the bottom part which is the afterlife and the upper part which is nirwana. It tells us about karmaphala. It is super nice and tells us a lot about things that we will get if we decided to do something bad or good on earth ( if you want to know the full story pls visit the site yay I'm promoting my hometown)

Moving on to the next building, Bale Kambang. It is surrounded by ponds and I was not here for a long time so I didn't really pay attention to the details but all I know is the story is also quite the same with the one in Bale Kerta Gosa and there's a painter who is painting (obviously) inside the Bale Kambang when I went there!

Onto the history part, The Kertha Gosa Pavilion at Klungkung Palace was first built in the early 18th century by Dewa Agung Gusti Sideman. But then, when the dutch came to Indonesia in 1908 (which is the Puputan Klungkung) , they burnt the whole palace and all left was only the entrance. It was quite sad.

In the back part of the complex, there's a small museum and we can learn more stuffs about Puputan Klungkung! I didn't take any pictures because I was too amazed by the stories.
